We use a unique Modular design and install system to manufacture all of the primary structural components (to code) in a climate controlled shop. This includes the pre-fab wall panels, roof system, floor system, etc. With our unique approach & tight quality control, we can deliver an amazing, whimsical garden cottage right to your back yard, ready for installation. 

We can also arrange for a licensed and bonded independent contractor to undertake complete assembly and installation for you in about 3–4 days! Installation service typically adds $800 to your cost. We pay an additional $800 to help subsidize the installation to help keep it affordable.

Cedar shingles on face and sides, Hardiplank at tops of gable ends and T 111 with molding standard on back. Shingles on back add $895. 

Insulated windows and doors. Low E double glazed glass on all windows and doors. 

Full insulation and vapor barrier package available. 

Cottage installed on compact gravel and concrete pier foundation.
